A Special One

Yes, its a special poem gifted to me by a friend....

A relationship which has lasted over more than a decade,
Makes me proud about being a part of it

A relationship which started being students
at the same college as undergraduates

A relationship that has just not passed
but excelled in all tests of time

A relationship far above just being friends
but with whom you can be just yourself

So,
When it hurts to look back,
and you're scared to look ahead,
take a look beside you and
I will be there

Thanks for being there for all these years,
and continuing ahead as a silent supporter.
